FUNDING & WITHDRAWAL
1. Funding an account
You may fund your account via the app through bank transfer, Paynow, or inbound transfer of stocks. For inbound transfer of stocks, please email enquiry@tickrs.com.sg for more information. However, Tickrs does not accept any form of physical cash, as well as precious gems and/or metals as a method of funding the account.
2. Withdrawing money from an account
You may withdraw funds from your account via the app. However, you may only withdraw up to the amount of available funds in your account. We can only send funds to a bank account in the beneficiary’s name, and do not provide facilities for third party transfers.
